Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center was founded in 1994 by Dr. Mark Page, OD, with a simple yet powerful vision: to create an optometry practice where patients receive the highest level of clinical care in a warm, welcoming environment that treats them like family. What started as a small practice with one doctor and a handful of patients has grown into one of Phoenix's most trusted eye care providers, serving over 50,000 patients throughout our 30-year history.

Dr. Mark Page founded Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center in 1994 after completing his Doctor of Optometry degree. With over 30 years of experience serving the Phoenix community, Dr. Page has built a reputation for thoroughness, clinical expertise, and genuine care for his patients.
Dr. Page believes that excellent eye care begins with listening. He takes time to understand each patient's vision concerns, lifestyle needs, and health goals before developing personalized care plans. His patients appreciate his ability to explain complex eye conditions in understandable terms and his commitment to involving them in treatment decisions.
Specializations include comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings (including specialty lenses for challenging prescriptions), management of ocular diseases including glaucoma and macular degeneration, diabetic eye care, and co-management of refractive and cataract surgeries. Dr. Page is committed to continuing education and regularly attends conferences and training to bring the latest advances in optometry to his patients.
Dr. Hao Nguyen brings specialized expertise in advanced contact lens fittings and management of complex vision conditions. His particular interest in specialty contact lenses has made him the preferred provider for patients with keratoconus, high astigmatism, post-surgical eyes, and other challenging fitting situations.
Dr. Nguyen's patient-centered approach combines technical precision with genuine empathy. Dr. Callie Sincennes joined Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center with a passion for pediatric optometry and family eye care. Her warm, gentle approach and ability to connect with patients of all ages—especially children—makes her a favorite among families throughout Phoenix.
Dr. Sincennes understands the critical importance of early vision screening and the profound impact that vision problems can have on children's development, learning, and self-esteem. She uses child-friendly examination techniques and takes time to educate both children and parents about eye health, making appointments educational experiences rather than intimidating medical visits.

We're open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering convenient hours to accommodate busy schedules. We respect your time by running on schedule while never making you feel rushed during your appointment.
